Will the coloring pages look exactly like my photos?

Not exactly — and that's part of the magic! We turn your photos into hand-drawn-style coloring pages, not photo-realistic copies. Faces, shapes, and backgrounds are captured as clean outlines, but the result is an artistic interpretation, not a tracing. Think of it like a caricature: it captures the essence of your photo in a fun, colorable way. Results can vary depending on lighting, complexity, and the number of people in the shot.

How long does delivery take?

After you place your order, we process and convert your photos within a few business days. Once your order is printed and shipped, delivery typically takes another 3–10 business days — so the full journey from order to doorstep is usually 1–3 weeks. Occasionally carrier delays can push this a bit longer, especially around holidays.

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes! Shipping is included in the price — no surprises at checkout. We cover the cost of standard shipping straight to your door.

Can I ship it directly to the gift recipient?

Yes! At checkout, you'll enter a separate shipping address, so you can have it mailed straight to grandma, a friend, or anyone else — without them ever seeing the price.

What are the coloring postcards and what size are they?

The coloring postcards are 5″ × 7″ and printed on thick, quality paper that stands up beautifully to crayons, colored pencils, and markers. You get 8 postcards, each featuring one of your photos turned into a coloring page, plus a 5″ × 7″ acrylic frame — color a postcard, slip it in the frame, and put it on display. You can also add extra postcards ($2 each) or extra frames ($15 each) to your order.

What if I upload fewer or more than 8 photos?

Your gift set always includes 8 postcards. If you upload fewer than 8, we'll print some of your photos more than once to fill the set. If you upload more (up to 24 total), each extra postcard is $2. Want more than one frame? Extra acrylic frames are $15 each.

What is the acrylic frame like?

It's a clear acrylic 5″ × 7″ picture frame, and the postcards fit it perfectly. Changing the picture inside takes seconds, so kids can show off a new masterpiece whenever they finish coloring one. It stands on its own both horizontally and vertically, so it fits wherever you want to display it. It can even be used as a double-sided display — a colored postcard on one side and a favorite photo or second postcard on the other.

Something looks off in my coloring page — what happened?

This can happen when the original photo was blurry, had low lighting, or included small figures in the background. The conversion process does its best to interpret every photo, but results can vary. If a specific page is important to you, just reply to your order confirmation email and we'll do our best to help!
