Last updated: August 10, 2026
cuteartbook.com is operated by OCEAN218 LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- Email address — to send order confirmation and shipping notifications
- Shipping name and address — to mail your order via USPS
- Photographs you upload — to generate your coloring pages
- Payment information — collected and processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect any information beyond what is needed to fulfill your order.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your order (convert images, print, and mail)
- To send you transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping notification)
- To respond to support requests
- To comply with legal obligations, including reporting prohibited content to law enforcement
We do not use your information for marketing, sell it to third parties, or use your photographs for AI model training.
3. Photographs & Children's Images
Many customers upload photographs of children. We take this responsibility seriously. Uploaded images are stored in a private, access-controlled cloud storage bucket. Images are not publicly accessible. We do not share images with any third party except our AI processing provider (OpenAI) and our print partner (Lob), solely to fulfill your order. Images are retained for a limited period to support order management and quality review, then deleted.
We are legally required to report any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and will cooperate fully with law enforcement.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share your data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the service:
- Stripe — payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us. Stripe Privacy Policy
- OpenAI — AI image conversion. Your uploaded photos are sent to OpenAI’s API to generate coloring pages. OpenAI Privacy Policy
- Print and mail fulfillment partners — your shipping name, address, and coloring pages are sent to our print partner(s) to produce and mail your order. We use industry-standard fulfillment services operating in the United States.
- Meta (Facebook) — advertising measurement. When you complete a purchase, we send hashed (one-way encrypted) versions of your email address and, where available, name and location to Meta’s Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This data is irreversibly hashed before transmission. Meta Privacy Policy
- Google — analytics. We use Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our site. See Section 7 for details. Google Privacy Policy
- PostHog — product analytics and session replay. We use PostHog to understand how visitors use our site, including page views and session recordings with input fields (such as checkout forms) masked. See Section 7 for details. PostHog Privacy Policy
- AWS S3 — private cloud storage for uploaded and converted images
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Supabase — order database hosted in the United States
- Cloudflare Turnstile — invisible bot protection on our signup form. No CAPTCHA is shown to users. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.
5. Data Retention
We retain order information (email, shipping address, order status) for up to 2 years for business and legal recordkeeping purposes. Uploaded photographs and converted coloring pages are deleted within 90 days of order fulfillment. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal data
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data
- Opt-out of sale — we do not sell personal data, and we never will
California residents (CCPA): We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any future sale — though there is nothing to opt out of. To exercise any of your rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 45 days as required by law.
7. Cookies & Analytics
When you first visit our site, we ask for your consent before loading any tracking tools. If you accept:

We do not sell personal data. We never have and never will.
8. Security
