Welcome to cuteartbook.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

cuteartbook.com converts customer-supplied photographs into kids’ coloring pages using artificial intelligence. We print your photos as coloring postcards, include an acrylic frame to display them, and mail the set to your address via USPS. Delivery is available to addresses within the continental United States only.

2. AI-Generated Output — No Guarantee of Result

The coloring page artwork is produced by an AI image model. We do not guarantee that the output will match your expectations, resemble the original photographs to any specific degree, or be suitable for any particular purpose. Results vary depending on image content, lighting, and other factors outside our control. By placing an order, you acknowledge that AI-generated results are inherently variable and that we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the artistic quality or accuracy of the output.

3. Delivery & Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS after manual review and approval, which typically occurs within a few business days of payment. Delivery times vary and are not guaranteed. Under normal conditions, letters arrive within 3–10 business days of mailing; however, delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control may extend delivery to several weeks. We are not responsible for lost or delayed mail once a letter has been handed to USPS.

4. All Sales Are Final

Every order is a personalized product created from your photographs and cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, all sales are final: orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once placed. If there is a problem with your order caused by us — such as a printing defect, the wrong images, or damage in transit — email us at [email protected] and we will work with you to make it right, for example by sending a replacement.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You may only upload photographs that you own or have explicit permission to use. You must not upload images that contain:

• Nudity or sexually explicit material of any kind
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized depiction of minors
• Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise unlawful
• Images depicting violence or gore

We are legally required to report any suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and will cooperate fully with law enforcement. Violation of this section will result in immediate cancellation of your order without refund and may result in legal action.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the original photographs you upload. By submitting images, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and convert those images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We do not claim ownership of your photographs or the resulting artwork. The coloring pages we produce from your photos are delivered to you for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Privacy & Image Storage

Uploaded images and converted coloring pages are stored securely in a private cloud storage bucket. We do not share your images with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., our AI processing provider and print partner). Images may be retained for a reasonable period to support order management and quality review, after which they are deleted. We do not use your images for AI training.

8. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing checkout, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. All prices are in USD.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, cuteartbook.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of this service, including but not limited to delays in delivery, dissatisfaction with AI output, or loss of uploaded images. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last revised. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
